Although he has worked as a practical musician in a number of different genres, Robert
Page has maintained a lifelong focus on his musical ‘first love’: the music of the
English church and cathedral.
As a teenager, he sang in the highly regarded choir of Waltham Abbey, where he also
studied the organ with Norman Rimmer BEM prior to entry into the Royal College of Music.
Mr Page took his first position as a church organist and choirmaster at the age of
eighteen, and has held a number of similar posts since in North London, Watford and
He currently holds the post of Organist of Holy Trinity Church, Wolverton, Milton
Keynes, where he also directs the choir, ‘Occasional Anthem’.
